With High5 subscriptions, you can tailor the features and services to meet your business needs. All settings and adjustments can be accessed through the arrow next to your name in the menu.
The two-week trial period
Experience High5 with no obligations! We offer you a free two-week trial period, during which you can try out the full functionality of our platform. During this time, you can test all packages and features without any long-term commitment. You can cancel the trial subscription at any time within the two weeks – completely free of charge.
Subscription Plans
High5 offers the following subscription options:
- Basic: For small teams with basic requirements.
- Professional: Ideal for growing businesses with advanced needs.
For larger organizations or specific requirements, you can request Enterprise solutions or custom plans through our Support.
Payment Methods and Billing
We support various payment methods for a simple and secure transaction:
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
- Credit Cards
- PayPal
Billing is done annually in advance. If you downgrade, the difference will be credited for the remaining period.
Flexible Adjustments
Your subscription is fully flexible and can be adjusted at any time:
Upgrades: Upgrade to a higher plan during the term.
Downgrades: Switch to a smaller plan. The difference will be credited.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will remain fully active until the cancellation date.
Location-Based Subscriptions
Each subscription is assigned to a business location. If you operate multiple locations, you will need a separate subscription for each one. For businesses with many locations, we recommend requesting a custom offer through our Support.
